Every December, Cedar City has an amazing Christmas children's parade. it has 75-80 floats and huge balloons. I have been on the committee for several years and I truly love the joy that it brings to the children here. for the past couple of years I have been in charge of the little mermaid float. Our beautiful "little mermaid" is Ashley Linford, they live right behind us and I love her dearly! she is truly beautiful in side and out. the sharks and fish were brock and some friends.
