We co-own the "Wingers" in Richfield with John and Jan Peterson. Wednesday night, the night before Thanksgiving, John was working and went outside to put ice melt on the side walks. He came back inside to tell everyone good-bye and then left to go home. When he got to his truck, there was a ice patch right at the truck where he slipped and fell and hit his head very hard. They life flighted him to Salt Lake, but were not able to save him. He passed away Thanksgiving morning. This is very sad for his family and all those who knew and loved John. It really causes us to stop and think about how very precious and fragile life is when something like this happens. Let's all be thankful for every day.
